Help
Answers to common questions about browsing, downloading, uploading, and your account.
Browsing and downloading
You do not need an account to browse the catalogue or download sets. Add versions to the download basket or download one directly. Each download asks you to accept the current download terms and risk acknowledgement.
Catalogue →Uploading a set
Sign in, open Upload set, and add your .set file. MetaTrader 5 HTML or XLSX reports are optional, and one ZIP may contain several sets. Files are scanned and parsed first; you then check the details, review the findings, confirm the declarations once, and publish.
Upload set →Adding reports to a published set
Forgot a report, for example the real-tick run? Open your published set while signed in and choose Add reports. New reports are parsed and compared with the published parameters; only reports without a mismatch are attached. The set file and its metadata stay unchanged.
Correcting a published set
Published set files and metadata cannot be edited. Upload a new version of the set instead; the earlier version remains visible as history.
Metrics, scores, and evidence
All figures are calculated from user-supplied historical test reports. They are not advice, forecasts, or proof of authenticity. The methodology explains every metric, score, and evidence label.
Methodology →Signing in with a passkey
Add a passkey under Account → Security. On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with a passkey. If your device does not offer the passkey, enter your email address first and try again.
Security & passkeys →Unfinished uploads
Unpublished uploads are saved under Account → Upload batches. Resume them there, or remove uploads you no longer need.
Upload batches →Concerns about content
Use Report content for misleading metadata, rights, or personal-data concerns. Legal notices follow the Notice & Action policy. Moderation decisions can be appealed with the link from the decision notice.
Report content →The complete platform manual
Every feature of the portal — browsing, evidence and scores, downloading, portfolios, uploading, your account, and the operator console — as one printable document. The web pages always describe the current version; the manual is refreshed with every release.
