Methodology
This page describes what the portal does and does not do, how metrics are reconstructed, and how every score is calculated. Methodology versions are immutable and dated.
Historical Test Score
Rewards a longer, better-documented test history: trade count, history quality and reconciliation between reported and reconstructed metrics.
Risk Index
Summarises observed and structural risk in the supplied evidence — drawdown depth, recovery behaviour and risk parameters. Higher means the supplied evidence shows less observed risk; it says nothing about future risk.
Robustness Index
Measures how much the published result depends on favourable assumptions: spread stress, slippage, parameter neighbourhoods and out-of-sample splits, where such reports exist.
OHLC/RT Fidelity
Compares the OHLC-model result against a real-tick result of the same period when both reports exist. High fidelity means both models agree, not that the strategy performs well.
Evidence Confidence
Expresses how complete and verifiable the underlying evidence is: parser coverage, matching fields, history quality and report authenticity signals.
Scope and neutrality
Scores describe user-supplied historical test evidence under a published formula. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, verification of authenticity, a safety rating, or a forecast of future results.
Sets without the inputs a component needs are scored with neutral substitutions or marked incomplete — a missing value is never treated as a good or a bad one.
