Country Access and Legal Eligibility Notice

General rule

The Portal is operated from Germany and is not directed to any jurisdiction in which access, distribution of trading software, promotion of leveraged products, or use of the contemplated Expert Advisor is unlawful. Availability of the Portal in a particular country is not assured: where required by law, sanctions, or the Operator's legal review, access or individual functions may be restricted or blocked.

You must not register, subscribe, download, or use a set if:

• you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting for a country or territory where such use is prohibited;
• you are subject to applicable sanctions or act for a sanctioned person;
• local law prohibits receipt or use of the file, the Expert Advisor, the trading product, or the broker service;
• your employer, professional duty, licence, court order, or contract prohibits the activity;
• you are under 18 or lack legal capacity.

User responsibility

Responsibility for lawful use rests with you. Country status does not confirm that live trading, a broker, a product, or a set is authorised for a particular person; you remain responsible for checking local law and broker and product eligibility before use. Do not use a VPN, proxy, false address, or a third party to evade a restriction.
