Upload declaration

By clicking “Publish set,” I declare and agree that:

1. My own creation. I personally created the configuration contained in every submitted .set file. I am not uploading a set created by another person or merely relabelling or minimally changing another person’s set. 2. Necessary rights. I hold all rights and permissions needed to upload and distribute the set, description, screenshots, and reports through the Portal. 3. Accurate metadata. The symbol, timeframe, broker, supplied in-sample/out-of-sample dates or explicit unknown-period designation, and other submitted metadata are accurate to the best of my knowledge. 4. Reports. Each associated report relates to the submitted set to the best of my knowledge. I have not fabricated or manipulated it to mislead users. I understand that the Portal cannot prove report authenticity. 5. No secrets or unnecessary personal data. I have checked the files and removed account credentials, account numbers, licence keys, API keys, private keys, personal contact details, or other information that should not become public. 6. No harmful content. The upload does not knowingly contain malware, executable payloads, phishing content, archive bombs, or code intended to compromise a user or the Portal. 7. No advice or guarantee. My title and description do not provide a personal recommendation, current buy/sell instruction, profit guarantee, or statement that losses are impossible. 8. Risk characteristics. I have not deliberately hidden grid, martingale, lot escalation, missing stop-loss, or another material risk characteristic. The Portal may derive and display structural warnings from the parameters. 9. Licence. I grant the Operator the Upload Licence described in these Terms and authorise the Download Licence described in these Terms. 10. Immutable publication. I understand that a published version is immutable. An update creates a successor version, and earlier versions may remain visible. 11. Moderation. I understand that the upload may be scanned, parsed, quarantined, labelled, hidden, or removed under the Portal rules and applicable law.

Upload confirmation

> I confirm that I created this set myself, hold the required distribution rights, have removed secrets and unnecessary personal data, and accept the Upload Terms and licence. I understand that reports and scores are historical analytical information, not verification, financial advice, or a guarantee.

Per-file attestation for ZIP uploads

For a bulk ZIP upload, the uploader must review every extracted .set file and individually confirm that this declaration applies to it before publication. Files that cannot be confidently associated with metadata or reports remain drafts.
