These terms govern every direct and basket download.

Download terms

By downloading a set file, you agree that:

1. The file was supplied by a community uploader and has not been independently backtested or authenticated by the Operator. 2. Reports can be edited, and parsed or reconstructed metrics can be incomplete or wrong. 3. Scores and flags are mechanical historical analytics. They are not financial advice, a recommendation, certification, suitability assessment, or prediction. 4. Historical and simulated results do not predict future performance. Real execution may differ because of broker data, spread, slippage, commission, swap, liquidity, latency, symbol specification, leverage, account type, Expert Advisor changes, and market conditions. 5. Automated and leveraged trading can cause rapid, substantial, or total loss and may create losses exceeding deposited capital where the product and law permit. 6. You are solely responsible for legal eligibility, independent review, secure file handling, demo testing, risk limits, broker choice, and any decision to use the file. 7. You receive only the Download Licence described in these Terms. In particular, you may not resell, republish, misattribute, or upload the set elsewhere as your own creation. 8. A basket is your own selection and is not a recommended or diversified portfolio. 9. You are at least 18 years old and are not accessing or using the file where prohibited.
